Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to bridge the gap between our client's marketing strategy and technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the data logic, audience segmentation, and code governance that power our lifecycle marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our email and APEX campaigns are highly targeted, technically sound, and executing flawlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Execution & Campaign Logic
- Build, validate, and maintain logic for email and APEX campaigns to ensure accurate segmentation and personalization.
- Manage technical execution, audience validation, and code governance for all outgoing email and APEX marketing initiatives.
- Translate complex marketing requirements into clean, scalable data filters, queries, or scripts.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration- Conduct rigorous code reviews with the Business Analyst (BA) team to ensure logic accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, logic errors, or audience overlap issues prior to campaign deployment.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for campaign quality, establishing best practices for version control and data governance.
Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL or data manipulation languages used for audience segmentation.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and managing APEX/advanced campaign structures.
- Familiarity with code governance workflows, QA frameworks, and peer-review processes.
