Full Job Description
As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the marketing content that supports Assurant's Home Warranty business. Serving as the primary owner of content creation, management, and distribution, you will ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives across a wide network of partners and customer touchpoints.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, this highly collaborative role works closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Product, Creative, Compliance, Digital, and Enterprise Marketing teams to develop and optimize content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business results. You will have the opportunity to influence how our brand and value proposition are communicated across multiple channels while supporting initiatives that directly impact partner relationships and revenue growth.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Manage marketing projects from intake through execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure business objectives, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
  • Develop creative briefs and partner with internal creative teams, external agencies, and business stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assets, sales enablement tools, presentations, partner communications, and other customized materials.
  • Serve as a key marketing liaison for field teams by coordinating requests, providing day-to-day support, and assisting with field marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, partner meetings, and business development activities.
  • Support digital marketing efforts through website content updates, optimization initiatives, SEO/AEO/GEO best practices, and marketing performance reporting to improve visibility, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain project documentation, marketing asset libraries, and content governance processes to ensure materials are organized, accessible, compliant, and effectively utilized across the organization.
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital, Compliance, Operations, and other key business functions to gather feedback, align priorities, and continuously enhance marketing content, communications, and partner experiences.
  • Analyze workflows and marketing processes, recommending and implementing improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen content management and communication practices, and improve overall stakeholder and partner support.


What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content management, marketing operations, sales enablement, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while effectively balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and coordinating marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, content assets, and partner communications that support business and marketing objectives.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.


What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
  • Experience applying digital marketing best practices, including SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and content optimization strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and discoverability.
  • Industry experience in Home Warranty or other related consumer services sectors is preferred.
  • Experience working effectively within matrixed organizations, collaborating across multiple teams, business units, and stakeholder groups to drive initiatives and achieve shared objectives.
  • Familiarity supporting field sales organizations, distribution channels, strategic partners, or channel marketing programs through the development and execution of marketing and sales enablement activities.
  • Strong ability to adapt to changing business priorities, build relationships with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Pay Range:
$74,600.00 - $124,700.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
