Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team in the Power Systems and Digital Power divisions of Schneider Electric. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving internal communication within the business units, managing collateral repositories, creating sales assets, and overseeing various marketing and thought leadership events. Additionally, you will be responsible for program managing all marketing communication activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communication programs to effectively engage and inform employees within the business units.
  • Create compelling content to support commercial enablement (brochures, videos, product sheets, and presentations).
  • Manage collateral repositories and ensure the availability of marketing materials for internal and external use.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and thought leadership events to enhance brand visibility and industry presence.
  • Operationally support all business unit marketing communication activities, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communication efforts with business objectives including country brand marketing and global product marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven B2B marketing/communications experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with similar large industry player preferred (technology, electronic, construction).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and design.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
