Full Job Description
The Division Marketing Communications Manager will manage and oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing communication plans that support their division's business strategies. Collaborating with the global Corporate Communications teams and sometimes other divisions, they will play a key role in building and executing integrated marketing communications campaigns that align with our core pillars. Additionally, this role manages the development and delivery of marketing materials to the division, working closely with the tech development and deployment organizations to ensure maximum uptake of products and services developed by the division. Coordinates with corporate brand management strategy to develop and promote division-specific and product brands. Additionally, they will be responsible for articulating the value propositions of our products, services, and technologies to their division's customers.
  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans tailored to a specific division's objectives and target audience.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website, that highlights the division's offerings and clearly communicates the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the division and Corporate Communications to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
  • Liaise with Corporate Communications to align divisional strategies with overall company goals and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior within the division's market segment to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns within the division to optimize results.


Defining the communication strategy and leading participation in Data Center events (internal and external)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or a similar role
  • Managing internal communications related to Data Centers
  • Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Engineering Team to develop and define Product Marketing collaterals
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing communication plans
  • Create high-impact content across digital and traditional platforms to effectively articulate the division's value proposition and drive engagement.
  • Monitor marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance and maximize growth and ROI.
