Job Summary:The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for executing and managing day-to-day marketing and communications initiatives that support brand visibility, recruiting, internal communications, events, and regional operations. This role coordinates campaigns, manages vendors and projects, supports field teams, and ensures consistent implementation of marketing standards across locations for multiple family brands. The position translates strategic direction into operational execution while maintaining timelines, documentation, and communication across departments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- This role does not initially have direct reports.
- Manages external vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- May assume supervisory responsibilities as the marketing function expands.
Duties/Responsibilities:Project & Campaign Management
- Execute and manage marketing and communications projects across multiple locations.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and project milestones are met.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and execution.
Events, Recruiting & Field Support
- Coordinate event kits for recruiting events, trade shows, and company events, including logistics and materials.
- Manage event logistics, delivery of materials, and on-site coordination.
- Support internal events and initiatives that drive employee engagement.
- Support recruiting marketing initiatives, including content for job campaigns, internal/external job boards, employer branding initiatives, and workforce development.
Vendor & Marketing Asset Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, and promotional suppliers.
- Oversee ordering, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all marketing assets.
Brand, Content & Communications
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all locations for all brands.
- Support social media content creation and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal communications initiatives, including announcements, leadership messaging, event management logistics, and content needs to support HR initiatives.
- Assist with messaging and content distribution across multiple platforms.
Operations & Process Management
- Ensure efficiency and consistency in marketing processes.
- Maintain and support marketing systems and tools used for communication, design, project tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective execution of initiatives.
- Update marketing templates and communicate changes as updates arise.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics, maintain dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership on marketing activity and outcomes.
- Evaluate vendor and campaign performance to support continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, tools, and processes to support company growth.
- Provide marketing administrative support and adapt to evolving business needs.

Physical Requirements:- Occasional travel required for recruiting events, trade shows, or company meetings.
- Ability to lift and transport marketing materials or event supplies to local branding vendor when needed (if Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas based).
- Ability and willingness to attend and capture content for social media at events, meetings, community activities etc.
