Full Job Description
Lerners LLP is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Marketing & Business Development Technology Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a central part in shaping and advancing the firm's marketing technology environment, including leading the implementation and optimization of our CRM platform.

As the firm's primary MarTech expert, you will:

Provide Marketing Technology Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of the firm's marketing technology strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure alignment between marketing systems and broader business development priorities
  • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and best practices across platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technology enhancements


Oversee CRM & Platform Management

  • Lead the implementation, rollout, and ongoing management of the firm's CRM platform
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and measurable performance across the marketing technology ecosystem
  • Develop workflows, integrations, and reporting tools that support business development activities
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistent use across systems


Lead Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Develop and track key performance indicators related to CRM adoption, data quality, and marketing effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance service delivery
  • Support leadership with meaningful reporting and insights to inform decision-making


Manage Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing & Business Development and IT on technology initiatives
  • Lead system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Deliver training, documentation, and support to ensure effective and consistent use of systems


Drive Vendor & Budget Coordination

  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers
  • Recommend marketing technology investment priorities in alignment with departmental strategy
  • Manage the allocation of approved budgets and support lifecycle planning for platforms


What You Bring

Education & Knowledge

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, information systems, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in CRM, marketing technology, or project management considered an asset


Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing technology, business systems, or related role
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience supporting system adoption, training, and change management
  • Experience with data management, auditing, and reporting
  • Experience contributing to technology strategy and roadmap planning is an asset

Target Hiring Range: $98,600 - $110,900

Commensurate with skill level, years of experience, and aligned with internal and market equity.
