Experience within fund accounting or administration, financial services, or other alternative investment sectors is strongly preferred, but most important attributes are strong execution, creative judgment, digital fluency, and the ability to ensure Standish branding and external communications are cohesive and visually sophisticated.

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Execution & Brand Management
    • Help maintain consistency of the Standish brand across external and internal communications, client-facing materials, digital channels, and events

    • Coordinate external communications, including firm announcements, press releases, website updates, LinkedIn posts, event promotion, and other market-facing communications
    • Support internal communications by helping create clear, consistent messaging for firmwide updates, leadership communications, employee-facing materials, and recruiting or employer-branding initiatives
    • Lead relationships with external vendors and creative partners, including graphic designers, photographers, web developers, and marketing agencies
    • Oversee brand collateral, promotional materials, signage, gifts, presentations, banners, logos, and other branded assets
  • Corporate & Business Development Support
    • Partner closely with corporate & business development to support corporate initiatives
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance business development materials, including client and prospect decks, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, service line documentation, and other strategic communications
    • Ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging across all internal and external communications
  • Events Marketing
    • Coordinate the marketing and communications aspects of internal and external events, conferences, networking events, and internal programs
    • Develop event branding, invitations, attendee communications, signage, presentation materials, photography coordination, and post-event marketing content
    • Identify opportunities to enhance attendee engagement, maximize event ROI, and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and key industry stakeholders
  • Digital Marketing & Content Management
    • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website, email marketing, social media, and other digital communication channels
    • Translate existing substantive content into compelling content that communicates the firm's investment philosophy, market expertise, service offerings, portfolio company successes, and value proposition
    • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop and position case studies, success stories, and marketing content that supports brand-building objectives
  • Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations
    • Track key marketing, website, social media, and event engagement metrics and provide periodic reporting to leadership
    • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, templates, asset libraries, vendor contacts, and related administrative processes
    • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that strengthen the firm's marketing position

Minimum Requirements:
