Full Job Description
The Job

We produce hundreds of UA creative assets a month. We are looking for a UA Marketing Analyst to connect what we spend with what we make and turn that into insights the team can act on.

As our UA Marketing Analyst, you will run the weekly rhythm of what is working and why, build the visualizations and reporting the team lives in, and drive the recommendations that shape what we produce next, where spend goes, and how efficiently we scale.

The Daily

1. Insights and Weekly Reporting
  • Run the weekly performance readout: what is working, why, and what it means for creative production priorities.
  • Creative performance insights: Including creative performance by concept, hook, format, network, and geo; Winner rate; Fatigue curves.
  • Creative ROI: spend and return attributable to individual creatives and concept
  • Production efficiency: cost and cycle time per asset by production source (GenAI pod, playables, vendors), measured against the performance those assets deliver.
  • Translate all of the above into recommendations that help inform what the team produces
2. Visualizations and Reporting Infrastructure
  • Make performance data self-serve: visualizations and reporting that put answers where the team already works, so insight doesn't bottleneck on one person.
  • Decide what belongs in a dashboard, what belongs in an explore, and what belongs in a recurring readout.
  • Partner with central data and engineering teams on pipeline and warehouse dependencies.
3. Data Foundation and Hygiene
  • Inform the governed definition of creative performance tiers: the thresholds, the minimum spend and impression floors, the lookback windows, and the review cadence for changing them.
  • Build and monitor data quality checks. Surface discrepancies before they reach a slide.

The Essentials
  • 3+ years in marketing, growth, or product analytics. Mobile UA experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong SQL. Comfortable modeling data, not just querying it.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted tooling (Claude, Gemini, Cursor) for analysis and automation.
  • Hands on experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or similar), including building and maintaining explores
  • Working knowledge of mobile attribution: MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit, network reporting discrepancies, and the limits of each.
  • Fluency in UA metrics: CPI, IPM, CTR, ROAS, etc
  • Ability to define a metric, defend the definition, and hold the line when someone wants a friendlier number.

The Nice to Haves
  • Experience analyzing creative performance specifically, including creative tagging and metadata frameworks.
  • Familiarity with GenAI creative production workflows.
  • Experience in gaming, especially free to play or 4X strategy titles.
