Marketing Analyst, Hospitality

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:Onsite 4 days/week - Kohler, WI

Opportunity

We are seeking a data-drivenMarketing Analyst to serve as the engine behind Kohler Hospitality'smarketing strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for transformingraw data into actionable insights across our entire ecosystem-from creativeproduction efficiency to multi-channel campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is a hybridof a technical analyst and a strategic storyteller. You won't just report on"what" happened; you will explain "why" it happened andbuild the automations and dashboards that allow our team to movefaster and smarter. This is a high-impact role supporting creative, digital,social, PR, and lifecycle marketing teams.

Specific Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across all marketing channels, including Digital Ads (Search/Social), Web (Adobe), Organic Social, PR, Email, and SMS.
  • Partner with the Creative Manager to track creative hours vs. output. Analyze resource utilization to ensure the team is focused on high-priority, high-performing business segments.
  • Build and maintain automated, real-time dashboards that provide a "single source of truth."

Insights & Optimization

  • Develop and refine attribution models to understand the customer journey and the impact of various touchpoints on conversion.
  • Design and analyze experiments for web landing pages, email subject lines, and ad creative to drive continuous incremental improvement.
  • Analyze customer segments and CRM data to identify growth opportunities and improve retention via SMS and Email workflows.

Automation & Data Integrity

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks to increase departmental efficiency.
  • Audit and maintain tracking tags (GTM), UTM parameters, and naming conventions to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing analytics tools, ensuring they are integrated and utilized to their full potential.


Skills/Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Mastery of Adobe and tag management, Advanced Excel skills Experience with visualization tools
  • Deep understanding of the metrics associated with Email/SMS platforms, Social platforms, and PR monitoring tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, "non-technical" narratives and visualizations for executive stakeholders.
  • A natural desire to dig into the "why" behind the numbers.
  • An uncompromising eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • The ability to pivot between high-level brand reporting and granular creative production data.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
