Typical responsibilities include:
Owns and drives the commercial-related activities for the North American Rail, passenger, and freight Rail market segment.
Provides commercial CTQ's for New Product Introductions with extensive voice of the customer.
Develop strategies and tactics to enable profitable, double-digit sales growth.
Supports the sales team in developing appropriate sales channels and account strategies
Identifies market and competitive trends and provides extensive VOC to develop successful business strategies
Develop specific selling strategies to assist the extended sales team in maintaining and winning new business
Tracks and benchmarks global competitors- technology, product portfolio, pricing, and marketing/sales strategies
Establish and maintain relationships and leverage with each key customer (existing and new)
Sits on industry-related committees
Leads the execution of marketing tactics, including trade shows, customer seminars, white papers, web content, customer presentations, customer proposals, digital content, and marketing communications.
Key metrics: Order/Sales growth, New Product Development, customer retention, and marketing spend
Provide overall market strategy for linking customers' vision with Hutchinson's global technology.
Qualifications
