What you will enjoy doing*- You understand the HPI/CPI product application marketplace, including refining processes, chemical manufacturing basics, customer needs, environmental regulations, industry trends, sustainability goals, demand drivers, market opportunities, and wallet share distribution
- You will develop and execute a nationally aligned sales strategy within the HPI/CPI market, demonstrating sales growth and wallet share expansion in key markets
- Drive measurable activities to implement go-to-market sales and pricing strategies, supporting the sales team in responding to requests for quotations and customer product inquiries
- You are expected to lead cost reviews and margin analysis to enhance sales profitability, margin improvement, and wallet share retention and growth
- Bridge collaboration between sales, engineering, operations, quality, and product development to ensure customer needs, regulatory changes, and application evolutions are met for current and future business
- Review and align technical specifications and adjustments to meet customer requirements, market differentiation, and analytical comparisons
- You create tactical product line roadmaps based on service scope, regulatory changes, and market conditions, and work with product development and research teams to execute new services, features, and product improvements
- Support operational requests by providing commercial information for business cases related to infrastructure expansion, asset purchases, and personnel planning to enable future business growth
What makes you great - You hold a bachelor's degree in business or technical field required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated commercial success including functional experience and new product development
- You have a deep understanding of the Specialty Product portfolio and commercial negotiation experience
- Experience in Specialty Products sales, laboratory, and/or quality preferred
- You are proficient computer skills including Excel and relevant management systems
- Ability to operate independently in a complex business environment, managing multiple tasks with follow-through
- You have the willingness and ability to travel domestically
