Full Job Description
About the role:

Remote, US East Coast

Own a portfolio of hotels on the US East Coast, and decide how far you can take it.

Nuitée is expanding its direct relationships with hotels across the US, and the East Coast is the next region ready for someone to take full ownership of it. As Market Manager, you'll be the go-to person for every hotel in your portfolio: setting the commercial strategy, getting pricing and promotions right, and making sure each property is performing at its best.

You'll work hand in hand with hotel revenue managers and GMs, using Nuitée's dashboards to spot opportunities early and turn them into results.

It's a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll set the commercial direction for the whole East Coast region, with real autonomy to run your portfolio the way you think is best.
What makes it interesting for you:
  • You decide the commercial strategy for every hotel in your portfolio: pricing, promotions, and which ones get switched back on
  • Nuitée just rebuilt its hotel extranet from the ground up, giving you sharper prices and promotions to work with than most account managers get elsewhere
  • You deal directly with hotel revenue managers and GMs, with nobody between you and the decision
  • Direct Supply keeps growing and creating new roles as it does. People on this team have already moved into sourcing and into building the implementation function

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, stayed profitable the entire time, and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel. Demand partners like Grab and Priceline already send bookings through Nuitée's platform, and direct supply, the inventory you'd own, is a growing priority for where that demand gets filled.
The kind of problems you'll work on:
  • How do you get a hotel producing more bookings, and quickly?
  • What's actually stopping a specific hotel from winning more business: price, promotions, or something technical?
  • How do you negotiate pricing and promotions that make a hotel genuinely competitive?
  • How do you keep a whole regional portfolio active and performing well, with nothing falling through the cracks?
  • How do you turn a dashboard full of data into the three things worth fixing today?
This role fits someone who:
  • Has 4+ years in hotel account management, revenue management, or a similar commercial role in travel distribution
  • Understands hotel pricing, inventory, distribution, and connectivity well enough to spot exactly what's broken
  • Lives comfortably in dashboards and turns data into action instead of just tracking it
  • Can sit across from a hotel revenue manager or GM and negotiate real pricing and promotion improvements
  • Moves fast and follows through. Issues on your desk get closed, not carried into next week

You will do well here if you're proactive, hands-on, and confident negotiating with hotels directly.

If that sounds like your kind of problem to solve, we'd love to hear from you.

You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process is straightforward and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
