Full Job Description
We are seeking a Market Leader to serve as the senior executive responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and market presence in the Kansas City region. This role carries full accountability for business performance, team development, and strategic execution, while partnering closely with executive leadership to advance the company's broader Midwest expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Market Development: Establish and execute a comprehensive market growth strategy, including client development, brand positioning, and revenue expansion
  • Drive Financial Performance: Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving targeted financial outcomes
  • Shape Strategic Direction: Partner with executive leadership to define long-term operational goals and regional growth initiatives
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and mentor project managers and operational staff to create a strong, accountable leadership pipeline
  • Optimize Operations: Implement scalable systems and processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and consistent project execution
  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with owners, partners, and key stakeholders
