Full Job Description
Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated B2B strategic marketing plan to meet the overall business objectives. Provides functional market leadership across a wide range of marketing and communications activities to develop customers to directly contribute to the growth of Chomerics thermal interface and EMI shielding business. Work closely with customers to develop new programs and deliver premier customer experience.

  • Leading the development and execution of integrated B2B strategic marketing plan to meet the overall business objectives.
  • Analyzes mega trends, sales data, and voice of the customer data to develop marketing strategies.
  • Evaluates and monitors competition and recommends strategies for market share growth for global customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product line management, operations, and sales, to assure plans are aligned and executed.
  • Develops marketing programs and campaigns to attract potential customers and drive new opportunities in current customers.
  • Steers product development to create new and innovative products to satisfy the needs of the market.
  • Develop competitive analysis of products in the market to benchmark key attributes.
  • Create differentiated value propositions for targeted customer base with global scope.
  • Develop and enhance digital marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and drive lead development.
  • Become thought leader in the market and support speaking engagements, industry journals, white papers, and trade shows.
  • Supports sales cycle with key deliverables including presentations, project management, and other collateral to support sales team.
  • Drive sales team to penetrate key accounts and coordinate global efforts to close new business opportunities.
  • Travel up to 25-50% of time.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline required. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing practices and strategies with emphasis on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Demonstration of excellent writing and presentation skills to internal and external audiences.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within short timelines.
Conditions of Employment

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation
  • Pay Range: $87050 to $145250 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
