Position Summary:
The CES Sales Leader, Aerospace, LNG Infrastructure, Data Centers, will serve as a key leader with the OPW CES organization. This position will lead the sales organization for the growth markets and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. This position has ownership for the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies, achieving sales and profitability while committed to a high growth model by maintaining and expanding market share. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers as well as developing and maintaining end-user specifications that ensures CES is the market leader.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build and drive a comprehensive sales strategy, achieving annual revenue and earnings objectives within applicable sales channels.
- Develop and manage the key relationships with key customers. Build a winning customer-centric culture and model it by establishing and fostering strong relationships directly with key customers.
- Lead the activities of the sales force to obtain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for CES products.
- Develop and drive the organization's competitive position in sales. Formulate proven solutions to combat competitive actions in the field to achieve sales requirements.
- Provide market intelligence on the growth markets within the aerospace, LNG and data center growth areas with a focus on end user trends and needs.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts used for monthly, quarterly and annual planning activities. Partners with supply chain and operations through the S&OP process to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stake holders to support needs of the Company.
- Supports the continuing appraisal of pricing, distribution and other policies and procedures of the team. Recommends changes that would improve the effectiveness of achieving the objectives of the team.
- Develops new business by identifying and promoting target opportunity areas.
- Manages team in a manner that supports a positive work environment for all team members. Leads problem-solving activities in this area as necessary.
- Understand, track and improve metrics for forecast, revenue and margins.
- Strategize sales by channels, accounts and strategic partners.
- Attract, develop, retain, and deploy strong talent.
- Embrace Sale Force as a CRM in order to accomplish:
- A data base of pipeline opportunities
- Drive these opportunities to a successful close as quickly as possible
- Sales process actions items are identified and acted upon by date and responsibilities
- Key account material is attached as necessary
- Account profiles are updated as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10+ years progressive, successful, experience in sales and marketing in an industrial products manufacturing company is require
- 5 to 10 years sales management experience in a technical solutions selling field, supported with front-line account management experience and performance driven management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 40 % of the time to support customers and business goals. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
- This position is based in USA reporting to the CES Global Sales Leader.

Work Arrangement : Remote
Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00
