The Market Development Administrator markets the program to physicians, providers, and Health Plans and presents educational materials to support the program. In addition, the role monitors program performance, maintaining ongoing communication of performance as appropriate.

Position Details:

* Must reside in San Bernadino or Riverside, CA

* Bilingual required (English/Spanish)

* Travel to Davita clinics 2-4 days a week within market

Essential Responsibilities:

Provider Relationship Management
  • In partnership with central teammates helps maintain relationships with providers including issues regarding payments, operation concerns and clinical outcomes
  • Identifies and monitors provider clinical issues and concerns, recommends solutions, and works with team to resolve issues.


Provider Marketing
  • Markets the IKC program to DaVita region dialysis centers, nephrologists and primary care physicians; creates and makes presentations as necessary
  • Develops marketing and educational materials to support the IKC program
  • Conducts onsite provider education forums, orientations, and provider servicing visits to ensure providers know and understand IKC benefits
  • Organizes events as necessary within region for providers
  • Develops a marketing plan for dialysis centers executing and operationalizing that strategy, prioritizing activities, and coordinating with our health plan partners to grow membership
  • Models and manages compliance CMS guidelines through all educational and marketing activity conducted in partnership with stakeholders


Payment/Claims
  • Responds to provider concerns about payment and billing, and works with different health plan partners to resolve these concerns


Clinical/Performance Monitoring
  • Provides updates to physicians and dialysis facilities on the aggregate clinical and enrollment performance of IKC to maintain their engagement with the program
  • Engages with members as needed to improve retention efforts and enhance patient experience
  • Helps with daily health plan issue management and supports patient benefit activation in partnership with IKC care teammates
  • Works with partner stakeholders to develop new communications strategies and clinical initiatives to drive improved patient outcomes
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • General knowledge of medical claims
  • Experience with client relations, physician relations, and/or marketing
  • Healthcare experience required; previous experience with a Health Plan preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $70,304.00 - $94,000.00 per year.
