Job SummaryOversees community medical directors in respective market. This role supports recruitment and hiring in collaboration with recruiters and plays a key part in onboarding and in-market training, working closely with the Regional VP of Market Operations and the Training & Development team to onboard APPs and CMDs. Participates in relevant client meetings such as JOCs, client IDTs, etc. During the launch of a new market, the role provides limited clinical care while leading efforts to accelerate engagement and ensure clinical readiness. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding key clinical staff, implementing and monitoring clinical processes, and building relationships with community providers. Additionally, the role carries P&L responsibility for the market, leveraging clinical strategies to drive performance. This role will maintain the existing responsibilities of a CMD, the following duties are additional for market leadership.
Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:- Dyad partner to the VP, Market Operations bringing together clinical and operational excellence to lead the market.
- Partner with VP, Market Operations, Recruiting and Training and Development Team to identify and onboard APPs /CMDs.

Clinical care to a small patient care panel. - Activities to accelerate engagement activities.
- Existing market support and maintain existing CMD responsibilities
- For a new market or client, this role would oversee market clinical readiness activities including but not limited to recruiting and onboarding of key clinical staff, implementing and monitoring clinical processes, and fostering community provider relationships.
- P&L responsibility for the market through clinical levers
Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) Preferred
Experience: Current and valid state medical license required;5+ years' experience managing an interdisciplinary team; 3+ years' responsibility for managing a P&L;7+ years' minimum experience as a physician providing clinical care.
Skills: Geriatric certified preferred; Palliative care certified/focus preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified; Have a valid driver's license, have access to a car and willingness to drive to patient homes/patient location as well as an active auto insurance policy; EHR medical documentation; Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; Excellent bedside manner and time management skills; Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have direct management authority.

Pay Range: MIN - $246,400
MID - $308,000
MAX - $369,600
Bonus: 25%
