Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions proficiently.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case law analysis.
• Prepare detailed pleadings and correspondence.
• Communicate clearly with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients consistently.
