This position reports to the Manager Brewery Systems and works closely with Brewery Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Corporate IT teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and brewery leadership to support manufacturing technology, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

  • Implement, maintain, and enhance manufacturing technology solutions, including manufacturing systems, control systems, and supporting infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Analyze production and system performance data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making across brewery operations.

  • You are required to communicate and collaborate primarily with non-English-speaking stakeholders and teams located in Quebec. As a result, proficiency in French is mandatory for this role. The essential duties requiring knowledge of a language other than English are integral to the position and cannot be reassigned to other team members.

  • You possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with manufacturing technologies, including industrial networks, virtual environments, manufacturing applications, and control systems.
  • You have experience using data analysis tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and can effectively manage priorities in a fast paced, 24/7 operational environment.
  • You communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have knowledge of manufacturing system cybersecurity standards, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
