Full Job Description
Your Role:

The Manufacturing Supervisor is a shift-based position that is responsible for the coordination of production activities overseeing shift personnel in Production 4. The Supervisor will achieve production targets, department metrics and objectives ensuring productivity, financial delivery, quality, service, and safety. The Supervisor will ensure thorough training, mentoring and motivating employees, as well as establishing performance standards, monitoring employees' performance against those standards, and appropriately communicating evaluations of performance to employees.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Oversee statistical performance of processes and process equipment to ensure minimal variability in product quality.
  • Supports in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Builds and maintains a culture of hazard recognition, risk assessment, and incident prevention.
  • Report safety and quality events, assist in root cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
  • Responsible for development, introduction and operation of process monitoring & control systems and procedures, including analysis of this data to identify trends and weaknesses.
  • Manage and drive the training and educational process and procedures for production and packaging team.
  • Conducts employee reviews for staff performance per company guidelines and support employee development to ensure individual and company objectives are addressed.
  • Ensures group maintains and improves work areas following the established 6S program.
  • Participates in investigating Quality and EHS issues using Root Cause Analysis methodology, implements robust corrective and preventative actions.
  • Night 24/7 shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating 2/2/3 Schedule.

Pay Range for this position: $85,000/yr - $131,900/yr.
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
