JOB DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible to supervise and drive continuous improvement for the manufacturing crew within the value stream and deliver business results. Assigned manufacturing crew is small and low/medium complexity. This position also ensures the value stream is operated in accordance with Andersen Corporation's values, employee covenant, and strategic direction.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and lead A3 Plan / A3 projects for manufacturing crew, utilizing current and future state value stream maps
- Deliver business metric results (SQDCP), utilizing tiered management system
- Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads and production employees
- Provide indirect leadership to other support functions (matrix organization)
- Provide coaching, feedback and development to manufacturing crew and Team Leads, promoting career growth opportunities.
- Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing operation
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience

PAY RANGE:$69,840.00 - $104,760.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
