A Day in the Life

As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in our Danvers, MA facility, you'll lead a talented team in manufacturing high-quality medical devices that improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Lead and coordinate daily operations within the production area to meet established production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on new product introductions, equipment efficiency, and materials availability.
  • Plan, monitor, and administer procedures, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of business objectives.
  • Make budgetary recommendations for capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor needs.
  • Select, train, and develop personnel to ensure strong performance and engagement across the team.
  • Develop staffing plans, schedules, and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams-including Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain-to drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and process optimization.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.


Must Have: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent AND minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
  • Experience working in a regulated, medical device, or high-precision manufacturing environment

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. A7 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,000.00 - $108,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
