Your Mission:

You'll take full ownership of production, leading, mentoring, and motivating your team while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the board. You'll be the bridge between planning and execution, constantly finding ways to improve throughput, reduce waste, and maintain a culture of accountability and pride on the floor.

What You'll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It):

  • Ensuring production goals are exceeded and product quality is top-notch.
  • Leading and motivating a talented team of mill operators, supervisors, and department leads. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Ensuring that every product meets stringent standards while quickly addressing any quality issues that arise.
  • Proactively improving operations, optimizing workflows, equipment maintenance, and employee productivity to ensure the mill is always performing at its peak.
  • Champion your team's success by managing headcount, scheduling, salaries, benefits, and ensuring a work environment that supports both individual and team growth.


What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing mill or production operations.
  • A background in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. (A degree is preferred, but hands-on experience speaks just as loud.)
  • A deep understanding of mill operations, production systems, and machinery. You know how to use these tools to improve results and drive performance.
  • A passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. You love digging into the details to find innovative solutions that elevate operational efficiency.
  • A leader who thrives on empowering others, fostering growth, and building a team that delivers exceptional results.
