We are seeking to fill a full time Manufacturing Test Engineer located in our Clearwater, FL location. This position reports to the Manufacturing Test Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand RF products, development and manufacturing test requirements.
• Engage with Engineering on Design for Test (DFT) and Production Test Development Effectiveness in new product development to reduce risk at launch of new products.
• Create End-to-End Manufacturing Test Plans/Strategy for entire product lines defining goals, objectives, timelines, and requirements.
• Evaluate existing test methodology and drive test reduction times while ensuring end-use quality.
• Conduct thorough investigations and formal disposition of nonconformances in accordance with established procedures and quality system requirements.
• Determine root cause using structured problem-solving methodologies and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Drive initiatives to solve issues or reduce risks caused by new test technologies or processes.
• Develop and characterize assembly and test methods to minimize or eliminate risks and ensure the product meets the end-customer requirements.
• Through data collection and analysis of test results, refine specifications and methods end-to-end (product to process) to ensure a fully tested final product.
• Participate in product development efforts to ensure the manufacturing line is properly aligned with the needs of product design.
• Assist in the acceptance and transfer activities for new products from prototype development to high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive root cause evaluation and issue resolution as problems arise in prototype and production.
• Support the efforts of other key organizations such as the product development team, equipment/tooling design teams, product engineering, and test teams.
• Deliver clear documentation, reporting, and communication of your work.
• Maintain and improve existing Production Test stations using comprehensive knowledge of LabView and standard and RF test equipment.
• Manage qualification of changes for products released to production.
• Work with suppliers to support deployed product and respective tests.
• Experience with MIL-STD and RF-based products is a plus
• Perform Other tasks as required.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as business needs require.
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance if needed.
• Fluent in the English language - written and oral
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related STEM Field
• Familiarity with basic concepts of RF circuit design and troubleshooting
• Capable in production test processes, data analysis/interpretation and correlation analysis.
• Experience with basic RF test equipment, such as oscilloscope, power meter, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator
• Desired: 5+ years' experience in Production Test development and maintenance in a production environment - Experience with LabView and RF products.
• Proven track record of successfully creating new test processes and implementing enhancements to existing test projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of complex manufacturing assembly processes and failure analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred but not required qualifications: (optional)
• 5+ years' Experience with advanced RF test equipment (Network Analyzers, Calibration Kits)
• Knowledge of RF theory and concepts
• Experience with automated testing and test software
• SPC/DOE/Six Sigma/lean manufacturing tool skills a plus.
