As a Manufacturing Reliability Digital Lead, you'll serve as the site's digital manufacturing expert, helping drive equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through connected systems and analytics. You'll work across multiple functions to advance the site's digital capabilities while supporting business performance and long-term growth.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Controls Engineering, IT, Finance, and Continuous Improvement teams to maximize the value of manufacturing technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives, lead technology adoption efforts, and make a measurable impact on plant performance through data-driven decision making.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing- Digital System Administration - Manage and maintain Smart Factory, PI Vision, Power BI, and related manufacturing systems, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and end-user support.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics - Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and visual reporting tools that provide operational insights and support business decision making.
- Systems Integration & Automation - Partner with Controls Engineering and IT teams to support PI tags, data connections, system integrations, automated reporting solutions, and PLC programming/troubleshooting efforts that enhance manufacturing performance and data connectivity.
- Reliability & Loss Analysis - Analyze manufacturing data to support root cause investigations, identify performance gaps, and drive loss elimination and reliability improvement efforts.
- Technology Deployment & Training - Lead implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training for digital manufacturing tools while promoting adoption across the facility.
We're Looking for Someone With- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Smart Factory, PI Vision, Power BI, Proficy, historian systems, or similar manufacturing technologies
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and manufacturing performance reporting tools
- Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving manufacturing digital systems
- Experience leading technology deployments, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience using Power BI
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies
CompensationThe annual salary range is $81,300 - $106,680, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
