Full Job Description
The Manufacturing Project Manager leads the planning, execution, stabilization, and optimization of major factory projects. This role supports new product introductions, product line transfers, ETO/CTO project execution, CAPEX initiatives, and long-term site planning.
The position partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and operational expectations.

What will you do?
• Lead implementation of factory projects, product line transfers, ETO/CTO initiatives, and major operational changes.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, resource needs, risks, actions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate execution across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, IT, and customer project teams.
• Support stabilization of newly transferred or newly formed production lines, including ramp-up planning, process readiness, staffing alignment, material flow, quality readiness, and output performance.
• Identify and close gaps related to standard work, layout, tooling, equipment readiness, training, quality controls, and production flow.
• Drive production optimization initiatives focused on throughput, productivity, labor efficiency, material flow, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead or support CAPEX planning, business case development, execution, and benefit tracking for major plant projects.
• Support development of the plant's 3-5 year strategic roadmap, including capacity, infrastructure, automation, layout, equipment, testing capability, and product line growth.
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates, including status, risks, financial impact, resource needs, and key decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, company standards, and project governance requirements.
• There will be up to 25% travel with this role.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field;
• 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing, project implementations, product line transfers, ETO/CTO, CAPEX, or operational improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution, including scheduling, engineering release, procurement, production, testing, quality validation, and shipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, risk mitigation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to present clearly to senior leadership and drive cross-functional accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience with ETO/CTO manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CAPEX justification, ROI, cost avoidance, and productivity improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Schneider Performance System, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with SAP, Procore, Windchill, BFO, Symmetry, AMAPS, MAPICS, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment, power systems, UPS, switchgear, circuit breakers, or engineered-to-order products.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
