Your Responsibilities:- Responsible for the efficient usage of programmed materials.
- Provides advanced support to efficiently build quality products and meet market demands.
- Study and recommend techniques to improve existing CAM and internal software products.
- Analyze and determine the most effective material size for production and recommends alternative materials to engineering when appropriate.
- Select and recommend tooling purchases for new equipment in conjunction with engineering and coordinates purchase of tooling with the tooling department.
- Create and adjust complex CAD files and partner with engineering regarding design enhancements for cost improvements.
- Troubleshoots varied and complex machine programming issues.
- Partner across the team in product development, analyze complex data and determine recommendations for cost reduction measures.
- Lead and mentor special project teams, working outside the scope of normal process to facilitate an accelerated schedule.
- Supply management with detailed cost data for product pricing.
- Create and adjust complex CAD files and partner with engineering regarding multifaceted design enhancements for cost improvements.
- Develop and maintain software applications as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of experience

The typical base pay for this position ranges from $31.73 to $52.29 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
