We're seeking a hands-on Engineer with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering to support existing product design, new product development, and production process improvements. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure high product performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Support product and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the design, testing, and documentation of custom systems.
- Support component sourcing and qualification for new designs.
- Maintain BOMs, wiring, and piping schematics in SolidWorks and ERP systems.
- Provide technical support for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with strong mechanical background).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
