Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Process Manager!The Manufacturing Process Manager I oversees all plant manufacturing functions and focuses on safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost reduction. The Manager supervises production staff and creates a successful team culture through coaching and mentoring. They are also accountable for various manufacturing key process indicators.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 3 years of experience in a leadership position
Preferred:
- Background in the steel industry with hands-on experience in welding processes and techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite; must be capable of creating and managing spreadsheets, reports, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems and tools relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Budget management background
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.
- Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.
- Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Value safety, organization, and continuous improvement
What You'll Do- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage Compass shipping, scheduling, and delivery
- Report on weekly forecast tons and hours
- Communicate quality changes, inspections, drawings, root cause and corrective action.
- Understand tolerances and fabrication requirements.
- Create process goals and monitor efficiency
- Administer inventory control
- Mentor new hires and employee department transfers
- Ensure all inspections are complete
- Maintain employee work schedules in payroll system
