Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a production or service environment
• Experience overseeing multi-layer management including supervisors and team leaders
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High customer responsiveness and focus
• Familiarity with production workflow and MS Office
• Proven management skills to achieve performance standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain performance standards for individuals and departments
• Directly manage multiple levels of personnel, including Assistant Plant Managers and Production Supervisors
• Ensure achievement of production and productivity goals
• Maintain accurate daily reports on production metrics
• Hire, train, and discipline plant employees to meet objectives
• Oversee quality assurance of products sent to customers
• Enforce adherence to Unitex policies and procedures
