Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Production Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for collaboration with other functions to ensure system accuracy and production schedules that meet the commitments to our customers.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner you will be responsible for driving production planning excellence and maintaining schedule integrity.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update Material Part Numbers and collaborate with engineering to ensure Bill of Material accuracy, reflecting current design intent.
- Schedule and ensure integrity of the MRP system for all assigned assemblies, reporting procurement/build status.
- Manage kit issues, hardware fulfillment, and prioritize workflow in partnership with engineering, integrated planning, finance and quality.

Basic QualificationsBachelors degree in a related discipline
Past experience in any of the following areas:
Make/Buy/BOM Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent
or experience in one area with an understanding of
the other two.
Proficient knowledge of computer systems and programs including SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Strong organization and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking
skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or supply chain management.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore selected candidate must be a US Citizen.
Desired skillsExperience with SAP ERP systems as well as materials management.
Strong data management and reporting skills including Tableau and BI.
Production Control Experience.
Windchill and MPMLink experience,
Previous working experience with engineering drawings and parts lists.
Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
