Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for optimizing production schedules, managing bill of materials, and ensuring seamless material flow across the supply chain.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner you will be responsible for driving inventory optimization and coordinating material flow to meet customer requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes.
- Coordinate make-part production schedules and shop-floor control.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to align procurement plans with production needs.
- Analyze capacity requirements and adjust plans to preserve schedule integrity.
- Implement BOM changes in partnership with engineering and change board representatives.

Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Desired skillsExperience with MRP/ERP (such as SAP).
Experience with inventory management and buy/purchase planning.
Experience with leading large projects / initiatives and briefing to director level status.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
