Manufacturing Manager
Why This Role Matters

The Production Manufacturing Manager plays a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This leader will help to continue building a safety-first culture while improving operational performance, employee engagement, and on-time delivery.
What You'll Do
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory goals.
  • Supervise and develop hourly production employees while fostering accountability and teamwork.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
  • Partner with Maintenance, EHS, and Quality teams to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and consistent processes.
  • Identify operational issues and implement long-term improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, material planning, and production tracking.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards throughout the facility.
What You'll Bring
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP system and Microsoft Office experience required.
  • EHS or safety leadership experience is a plus.
