Monday - Friday 12:00am - 8:00am, based in our manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA
What You'll Do:Operational Leadership- Direct daily operations across production, maintenance, sanitation, and distribution functions
- Ensure seamless execution of manufacturing plans, schedules, and performance targets
- Lead cross-functional coordination to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Strategy & Continuous Improvement- Partner with leadership to shape and execute operational strategies
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices
- Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Team Development- Build, coach, and develop a strong leadership bench within the facility
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
Planning & Reporting- Translate business needs into actionable production and resource plans
- Monitor operational costs and manage departmental budgets
- Prepare and present performance updates to senior leadership
Compliance & Safety- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and internal standards
- Ensure workforce training and compliance across all operational areas
What You'll Bring with You: - High school diploma required; degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred
- 7+ year of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food or CPG strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success building and leading team-based organizations
- Solid background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of packaging operations and production workflows
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus

- Off-shift and weekend work may be required to support breakdowns, shutdowns, or project execution.
