  • Support product changes and new product introductions for smooth assembly integration

At Sartorius, in Ann Arbor, MI, the on-site Operations Engineer role contributes to ensuring that manufacturing and shipping processes meet defined specifications and quality expectations. This position supports reliable production through continuous improvement of assembly processes for bioanalytical instruments, connecting Production, Quality, and R&D in a fast-evolving life science environment.   • Own and continuously improve the assembly process for bioanalytical instruments to achieve stable, repeatable, and high-quality output
  • Troubleshoot production issues on the line and drive structured root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Define and maintain assembly standards, work instructions, and critical process parameters (CTQs)
  • Act as the interface between Production, Quality, and R&D to translate product design into scalable manufacturing processes
  • Support product changes and new product introductions (NPI) to ensure smooth integration into assembly operations
