Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) organization, Fabrication Division is seeking a
Manufacturing Operations Analyst (
Mid-level or Senior) to join the Business Integration Office in
Mesa, Arizona.As a Front Door Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless integration of new work into Fabrication Operations. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and influence operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.
Position Responsibilities:Level 3:- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyzes and interprets data.
- Provides feedback on assessment results.
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
- Works under general direction.
Level 4:
- Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyzes and interprets data.
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
- Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Detail orientated with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (excel, power point)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach.
- Experience working within aerospace manufacturing or defense program environments.
- Familiarity with Fabrication operations and statement of work onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Additional Information:- This position requires travel up to 10% of the time
Shift: Relocation:- This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: Level 3: $90,950 - $123,050 USD
Level 4: $111,350 - $150,560
