Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience (3 years in Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering)
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive summaries
• Experience working with cross-functional teams for manufacturing process development
• Knowledge of advanced problem-solving techniques and data analysis for root cause identification
• Familiarity with cost studies and strategic planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)

Responsibilities

• Assess process changes and investment needs for cost studies
• Define engineering scope and handle RFQs, technical evaluations, and installations for coolant systems
• Prioritize and support Non-New Model (NNM) powertrain program requests to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion
• Assist with New Model (NM) program facilities, including site preparation and machine installations
• Ensure successful flow activities on programs by tracking the Iron Triangle of Scope, Timing, and Cost
• Implement Stellantis Production Way (SPW) methodology and root cause problem-solving methods
• Develop and enhance process and equipment standards for facility infrastructure
