Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, specifically in plant operations.
• Proficient in CAD tools such as Teamcenter/Vismockup, NX, PLM/Catia.
• In-depth knowledge of GA manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Solid understanding of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform BIW manufacturing activities for new models and mid-cycle action programs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing simulation engineers and communicate issues to Product Engineering.
• Propose alternative solutions and drive all issues to closure effectively.
• Develop Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize capital expenditures.
• Support future Plant Loading studies and execute Vertical Integration for Make/Buy alignment.
• Create detailed Process Maps with Pre-Scroll and ensure feasibility studies in the Plant Environment.
• Execute Change Management meetings for product process and tooling alignment.
