Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will perform the daily operations of plants, on second shift, to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will impact departmental operations and be responsible for planning/execution. In this role, you have some autonomy but are focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. You will work in Lynn Plant 4 - Green Cell which is production shop environment supporting the T700 Midframe which is used on the Blackhawk and Apache Helicopters.

- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing) + 3 years' experience in manufacturing/leadership.

The base pay range for this position is
105,050.00 - 120,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on
