What You Will Do - Break down complicated systems into individual pieces to improve productivity
- Visualize improvement opportunities and convert into processes that meet aerospace quality standards
- With assistance from the Engineering Manager, determine justification, develop project schedules and identify opportunities and risks associated with ideas; develop risk mitigation strategies to manage risk
- Prepare technical specifications and other documents that can be used to procure technical services and products or work instructions
- Responsible for projects and/or multiple tasks within functional discipline making for significant contribution to their team by applying their knowledge
Qualifications You Must Have - AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience OR High School diploma/GED/equivalent with 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Working knowledge of mechanical design, pneumatics/hydraulic, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and heat transfer.
- Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of the discipline and role including statistical process control and data analytics.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Qualifications We Prefer- Understanding of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and LEAN

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
