The job:

As our Manufacturing Forecasting Manager, you will be responsible for developing accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, market insights, and cross-functional business inputs. You will translate demand signals into actionable production and capacity plans, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory and shortages. You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, partnering with key stakeholders to align forecasts with company objectives and customer needs. You will focus heavily on continuous improvement, using data to evaluate forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies that strengthen supply chain performance. You will ensure alignment with company goals, maintain readiness through proactive planning, and champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Leveraging ERP/MRP systems and forecasting tools to drive decision-making
  • Forecasting, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP processes
  • Building and leading strong teams
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

A 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance or equivalent degree and 3-5 years of leadership experience are required.
