Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years in team leadership role
• Strong experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
• Proven track record in improving process capability and operational KPIs
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and product industrialization
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication abilities
• Familiarity with FactoryLogix, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD software tools
