Manufacturing Engineering leader will be responsible for day to day execution of over twenty Manufacturing Engineer personnel supporting an ADP program. Leader is responsible for pesonnel management, employee growth and performance of day to day duties. Leader performs in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, tooling development, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. Leads team which creates and analyzes 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions. Leverages understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence. Evaluates performance of equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence. Leverages factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and integrates reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement. Provides leadership level input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Basic Qualifications- Manufacturing Engineering leadership or technical lead experience in an aircraft development and / or production system.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and / or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Desired Skills- Ability to collaboratively develop project schedules encompassing inputs and outputs from other functions and customers.
- Experience with production manufacturing processes, procedures and techniques.
- Experience working/leading within LM Aero Earned Value and Cost Accounting systems.
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process and execution to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Experience with project tooling requirements development, design and execution.
- Experience with model based engineering during development of and through execution of manufacturing plans and sequences.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
