We are scaling strategically with speed and precision, making this an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering for our customers.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain Siemens Plant Simulation models for complex manufacturing flow
  • Build logic for product routing, resource utilization, material handling, queues, buffers, and process dependencies
  • Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks, capacity limitations, labor constraints, and WIP buildup
  • Recommend and evaluate mitigation actions such as staffing changes, equipment reallocation, buffer sizing, sequencing improvements, and capital investments
  • Perform what-if and trade study analyses to support production rate changes, facility improvements, and long-range capacity planning
  • Validate model performance using production data and collaborate with operations, engineering, and planning teams to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance

Qualifications
