Job Description SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer will be focused on the Turbine Assembly areas to establish internal processes that safely ensures the production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements. Drive continuous improvement across the product lines by owning project timelines, improving cycle & cost, and resolving technical/process issues. Lead, influence, and effectively interface with manufacturing and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, and cost savings goals within schedule and budget.
Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Lead improvement efforts for equipment reliability, process controls, and ergonomic solutions
- Manage and lead projects and continuous improvement efforts in accordance with plant metrics
- Own execution of capital investments delivering desired outcomes on schedule & within budget
- Work cross-functionally to support LEAN activities and new technologies
- Ownership of unit specific shop floor drawings and Bill of Materials documents utilized by production team
- Provide technical leadership and support for training of machinist across areas of expertise
- Maintain and improve process documentation to ensure consistent quality.
- Implement and maintain 5S solutions in assigned areas; drive culture change
- Develop & maintain work instructions (methods) & shop floor routings/steps to support operator/assembler training and process control
- Collaborate with engineering to help drive design improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in industrial Manufacturing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial Manufacturing

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
