Job Summary

Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Gloucester, MA
Oniste: YES

The pay range for this role is $80k- $100k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). • This role is also open for contract: $35/hr - $47/hr

Key Responsibilities :
Knowledge of manufacturing process and shopfloor activities.
Experience writing standard operating procedures (SOPs), Assembly instructions, and Technical reports.
Preparation assembly work instructions based on operation sequence.
Experience in participation in assembly build and coordinate with technicians
Experience in semiconductor industry
Knowledge of understanding engaging Drawing and BOM.
Experience cross functional coordination
Experience of CREO/NX CAD tool and Teamcenter PLM
Establish quality control standards and monitor output metrics.
Understanding of ASME standards and GD&T.
Experience torque calculations

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, Assembly Instruction and CAD (CREO/NX) software experience.
