Manufacturing Engineer Job Purpose: This position will work with Senior Process Engineers, responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Chemical and/or Mechanical Process areas to produce state-of-the-art printed circuit boards.
Nature of Duties: - Applies sound engineering principles and disciplines in order to understand and minimize the variability associated with the various processes and finished product attributes.
- Defines operating procedures and SPC methods to assist operators in production environment.
- Evaluates product and process capability, equipment reliability, process utilization and process cost opportunity while implementing improvements.
Education and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
- 5+ years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a PCB Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of SPC principles as well as statistical representation of data and process/product variability required.
- Project management skills and strong written/verbal communication skills are required.
Salary Range (annual): $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
