Job Description/Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Optical, Mechatronics, HVAC and Electromechanical technologies and sophisticated, precision, industrial equipment.
- Precision Motion Control Instrument background; microscopes, robotics, medical, stages, etc....
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in optics, opto-mechanics, and motion control systems.
- An effective communicator able to share technical information with functional groups and provide executive level reports to management and customers.
- Results oriented and driven to excel. Agility and ability to flourish in a fast-paced program and respond quickly to field/internal issues.
- Natural curiosity, inventiveness, and an interest in making things work better.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience developing metrology in semiconductor capital equipment or other manufacturing industries and handling technical issues with external suppliers a plus!
Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
Base Pay Range: $83,400.00 - $141,800.00 Annually
