JOB DESCRIPTION:Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer.
A Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that systems and equipment perform consistently and efficiently over time. Their responsibilities typically span across design, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Work On- Develop and implement reliability strategies for equipment and systems
- Define critical assets and prioritize reliability efforts based on risk and impact
- Investigate equipment failures and production issues
- Make recommendations and implement them based on RCA findings
- Review maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime
- Update maintenance programs based on recent trends and investigations
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues
- Trend MTBF and MTTR metrics to identify bad actors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment design and operational procedures
- Create documentation like CRs, FSIs, etc. to implement changes
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve uptime, and enhance safety
- Work with Project Engineering and Division to introduce new pieces of equipment
- Assess risks associated with equipment failure and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Work with Engineering techs to train maintenance and on reliability best practices
- Promote a culture of reliability across the organization
Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in a regulated environment preferred

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 - $122,700.00
