  • Open to exceptional candidates who may not fit the exact profile
  • Innovative industrial environment encouraging new ideas
Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Design the production lines: layouts, station counts, and takt math for module fabrication and assembly.
  • Model capacity honestly: bottlenecks, buffers, and the real output curve under variation.
  • Engineer the ramp plans: how each line gets from first unit to rate, with the constraints named.
  • Redesign as the product evolves: new configurations absorbed without rebuilding the factory.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've designed manufacturing lines or major line extensions that got built.
  • Your takt and capacity models matched reality within noise.
  • You've used simulation or rigorous math to find the bottleneck before it found you.
  • You design for the operators: ergonomics, presentation, and flow.
  • You defend a layout decision with data and change it when the data says to.
  • Bonus: Discrete event simulation. Heavy product lines. Greenfield factory design. Lean and TPS grounding.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
